We proudly help them better serve our community through our nonprofit copier program, an initiative that provides special rates on equipment rentals, service, and supplies.
If an individual or business donates business technology or copier equipment to your nonprofit organization, we offer equipment evaluation to ensure your machines meet brand standards and work at peak performance. We also offer reduced parts and service fees for qualifying equipment.
Note that some restrictions apply. Our nonprofit copier program is only offered to organizations with verifiable 501(c)(3) tax exemption paperwork, as deemed by the Internal Revenue Service.
